BELLHOUSING SYSTEMS


4AGE-W5*

The original Niteparts alloy A-W bellhousing. Suits use of W55/56/57/58 or G52 gearboxes behind 3A, 4A, 5A & 7A series engines.
Uses factory W55 fork, pivot & bearing. T-50 or W55 slave cylinders can be used.Factory 4AGE starter is used or high torque 1G starter with one of our adaptor plate kits.
Allows use of larger 225mm & 230mm 4AGZE clutch & flywheel setups. (Some aftermarket clutch covers may require some clearancing)

1JZ/2JZ to W5*
Niteparts alloy JZ-W bellhousing. Suits use of W55/56/57/58 Supra or G52 Hiace/Hilux gearboxes behind 1JZ-GE, 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-GE & 2JZ-GTE series engines.
Uses factory W55 fork, pivot, release bearing & slave cylinder.

1JZ/2JZ to R154 (pushclutch)
Niteparts alloy JZ-R bellhousing. Suits use of R154 (190mm input shaft) gearboxes behind 1JZ-GE, 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-GE & 2JZ-GTE series engines.
Suits pushtype clutches so allows use of aftermarket multiplate and flywheel options without the need of buying ‘push converters’.
Also lets you use your existing clutch/flywheel if upgrading from a W5* series gearbox.No more expensive pulltype clutches with this unit.
Uses factory W55 or R151 fork, pivot & slave cylinder. Recommended to be used with the Niteparts extended bearing carrier.

1JZ/2JZ to R150/151
Niteparts alloy JZ-R bellhousing. Suits use of Hilux/Hiace 4WD R150, R151, R150F & R151F (160mm input shaft) gearboxes behind 1JZ-GE, 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-GE & 2JZ-GTE series engines.
Uses factory W55 fork, pivot, release bearing & slave cylinder. Great for that Hilux Surf/4runner conversion!

Niteparts alloy K-W bellhousing. Suits use of W55/56/57/58 Supra or G52 Hiace/Hilux gearboxes behind Honda K20A., K24A series engines to allow for rear wheel drive applications!
Uses factory W55 fork, pivot, release bearing & slave cylinder.

1ZZ/2ZZ to W5*
Niteparts alloy ZZ-W bellhousing. Suits use of W55/56/57/58 Supra or G52 Hiace/Hilux gearboxes behind Toyota 1ZZ-FE & 2ZZ-FE series engines to allow for rear wheel drive applications!
Uses factory W55 fork, pivot, release bearing & slave cylinder.

 

FLYWHEEL SYSTEMS

Niteparts 1JZ/2JZ CNC flywheel
The Niteparts CNC lightweight flywheel to suit 1JZ-GE, 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-GE, 2JZ-GTE. This flywheel will suit 9.5inch Supra and 10inch Dyna push type clutches.
This flywheel uses the ringgear from your standard Toyota auto flexplate. This has been found to be much more durable & better quality than builtin ringgears. If you do manage to damage your ringgear, you are not left with a useless flywheel.

Niteparts 1UZFE CNC flywheel
The Niteparts CNC lightweight flywheel to suit 1UZ-FE, 2UZ & 3 UZ Lexus V8 engines. This flywheel will suit 9.5inch Supra and 10inch Dyna push type clutches.
This flywheel uses the ringgear from your standard Toyota auto flexplate. This has been found to be much more durable & better quality than builtin ringgears. If you do manage to damage your ringgear, you are not left with a useless flywheel.

Custom item to suit Tilton, Quartermaster, AP, etc multi-plate clutches also available- just enquire about your application

 

RELEASE BEARING SYSTEMS

Niteparts W55/R151 release bearing carrier
New CNC steel release bearing carrier to suit W55/56/57/58, G52, R150/151 gearboxes.
Allows the use of a common fullface release bearing.(add $18 if required)
Also gives extra height to suit conversions such as 4AGE-W55, 1UZFE-W or R where people may be using lower profile FWD clutch covers.
Extra ‘tail’ length to prevent falling off the end of gearbox snout.
Most retainer clips from your old bearing will fit too.
If your bearing doesnt have quite enough reach, slips inside the clutch cover fingers or you dont have an original toyota cast carrier- you need this.

Niteparts R154 release bearing carrier
New CNC steel release bearing carrier to suit R154 gearboxes.
Allows the use of a common fullface release bearing.(add $18 if required)
Also gives extra height to suit conversions such as 1JZ/2JZ & 1UZFE to R154 gearboxes with the longer 190mm input shaft & short guide snout.
Extra ‘tail’ length to prevent falling off the end of gearbox snout.
Most retainer clips from your old bearing will fit too.

ADAPTOR KITS

Niteparts/Tama Autos 4AGE Bigport to Smallport adaptor plate kit
Designed in conjuction with Tama Autos (oldschool toyota parts) this adaptor plate now allows you to use your RWD or FWD early 16v 4AGE bigport intake plenum on your late model 16v 4AGE smallport head.
Great for later model 4AGE/4AGZE engines that have been transplanted into rear wheel drive applications.

Niteparts/Tama Autos 4AGE hightorque starter adaptor kit
Designed in conjustion with Tama Autos (oldschool toyota parts) this adaptor kit allows the use of high torque 1.2kw 1G-GE and 1G-FE late model starter motors with your 4AGE RWD and FWD applications.
Great for that high-compression naturally aspirated monster 4AGE or just an easy upgrade from your old tired starter!
